Return & Exchange

Refunds and returns are not acceptable after receiving the order. you can carefully check your order while courier is waiting, you can give it back to the courier incase of return and paying shipping fees only.
Exchanges could be done within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Earrings and pierced items can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene
    reasons.
 

All of our products are carefully checked before they lovingly packaged


If for any reason your items are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please
get in touch immediately via email at wecare@pickmeone.com
Or what’sApp us on 01020543445 attaching an image of the item to
speed the process along.

If you want to change item that doesn’t suits you, its totally fine. We can exchange your item within 24 hours from the date you receive it. Note: shipping fees applied.
